Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to (i) To relax the condition of reporting before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m imposed in Crl.M.P.No.4199 of 2020 in Crl.A.No.253 of 2020 order dated 26/06/2020 and pass such other suitable orders.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.A.TAMILVANAN, Advocate for the petitioner, and of M/S.K.MADHAN, Govt. Advocate ( Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.4199 of 2020 in Crl.A.No.253 of 2020 on 26.06.2020.

2.Since this Court is inclined to take up the Criminal Appeal itself for final hearing, this miscellaneous petition seeking relaxation is dismissed.
