The present miscellaneous petition has been filed seeking to condone the delay of 47 days in filing this criminal revision against the order dated 27.09.2023 made in Crl.M.P.No.14372 of 2023 in C.C.No.9167 of 2019 on the file of the Fast Track Court-II, Metropolitan Magistrate, Allikulam, Chennai.

2. The learned counsel for the respondents has no objection for this petition being allowed.

3. Having satisfied with the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit filed in support of this petition, this petition stands allowed.

4. Registry is directed to number the criminal revision, if the papers are otherwise in order and post the main case for admission.
