petitioner submitted that the petitioner/tenant has voluntarily handed over the possession of the premises on 23.11.2023. Hence, he prayed this Court to withdraw the present Civil Revision Petition and he has also filed a memo dated 03.12.2023 to that effect, along with the signature of the party.
2. Taking into record the memo dated 03.12.2023 filed by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No cost. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is also closed.
