The petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking a direction to the respondents to dispose of his representations dated 20.11.2006 and 15.01.2007 and to take appropriate penal action against the fourth respondent for not obtaining his consent in respect of 348 hectares of land owned by him where the fourth respondent had carried out Prospecting Licencing Operations.
2.Additional counter affidavit has been filed by the first respondent stating that the third respondent has disposed of the representations dated 20.11.2006 and 15.01.2007 submitted by the petitioner in proceedings RC. No.GM2/951/2006, dated 20.11.2009 and the same was received by the petitioner on 21.11.2009. 3.Since the third respondent has disposed of the representations dated 20.11.2006 and 15.01.2007 submitted by the petitioner in proceedings RC. No.GM2/951/2006, dated 20.11.2009 and the same was received by the petitioner on 21.11.2009, nothing further survives for adjudication and therefore this petition is dismissed. No costs.
