The petition has been filed seeking Succession Certificate under Section 372 of the Indian Succession Act, 1925 with respect to the securities of Rajendra R.Mehta, who died on 19.07.2020.
2. He was possessed of shares and the Share Certificate details have been given in the schedule to the petition.
3. The 1st petitioner is his son. The 1st respondent is his widow and the 2nd respondent are his daughter.
4. Both the respondents are given their consent affidavits.
5. Publication had been effected.
6. The parties had been directed to tender evidence. The petitioner examined himself as P.W.1. The details of the Share Certificates were marked as Ex.P1. The Death Certificate of his father was marked as Ex.P2. Legal heir ship Certificate was marked as Ex.P3. The consent affidavits of the respondents had been marked as Ex.P5 to P7.
