2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of the offence, one of the condition i.e. to report before the respondent police on every Saturday at 10.30a.m, until further orders in Crl.OP.NO. 31381 of 2024 dated 08.01.2025 is relaxed.

4. Accordingly, the Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered. 18.03.2025 vca To The Inspector of Police, District Crime Branch, Coimbatore, Coimbatore District.
