Respondents Prayer: Habeas Corpus Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for the issuance of a Writ of Habeas Corpus to call for the records in Cr.No.60 of 2018 dated 08.03.2018 on the file of the Second Respondent and to direct the Respondents herein to produce the Petitioner's minor Daughter, named R.Vendaam, aged about 17 years who is in the illegal custody of the Third Respondent herein and hand over to the Petitioner.

[Order of the Court was made by M.VENUGOPAL, J.] This Habeas Corpus Petition has been filed by the Petitioner to to call for the records pertaining to the case in Cr.No.60 of 2018 dated 08.03.2018 on the file of the Second Respondent. Further for passing of an order to the Respondents herein to produce the Petitioner's minor Daughter, named R.Vendaam, aged https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

about 17 years, who is in the illegal custody of the Third Respondent herein and to hand over the detenu to him. 2.The detenu is produced before this Court by the Second Respondent/Inspector of Police, Podhatturpet Police Station, Thiruvallur District today. She is now residing with her parents. At this stage, the Learned counsel for the Petitioner has made an endorsement in the Habeas Corpus Petition to the effect that he is not pressing the Petition.
