ORDER

This petition has been filed to quash the FIR in Crime No.272 of 2024 dated 03.08.2024 on the file of the first respondent under Sections 296(b), 115(2), 118(1) and 351(3) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita,(BNS), 2023, as against the petitioner.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the first respondent would submit that the first respondent police had completed the investigation in Crime No.272 of 2024 and a final report was also filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Kalasapakkam, Thiruvannamalai.

3. Considering the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), the prayer sought in this petition has become infructuous. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
