(CRIME NO.06/2021) Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition (d) The Petitioner shall report before respondent police on every Tuesday and Saturday at 10.30am until further orders. Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S R.VIVEKANANTHAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.S.SANTHOSH, Govt. Advocate ( Crl. Side)on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the conditions imposed in Crl.OP. No.720 of 2022 dated 27.01.2022.

Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner. 3.
