ORDER

The petitioner has come forward with this revision petition questioning the correctness of the order dated 12.3.2015 passed in Crl.MP No. 1195 of 2014 in on the file of the Judicial Magistrate No.V, Coimbatore. In and by the said order dated 12.3.2015, a protest petition as well as a petition seeking further investigation filed by the petitioner under Section 173 (8) of Cr.P.C. for the alleged offences under Sections 279, 304(A) of the IPC was dismissed by the Court below accepting the final report submitted by the investigation officer.

2. When the matter is taken up, the learned Government Advocate submitted that as against the order passed by the Court below dismissing the protest petition under Section 173 (8) Cr.P.C. the present revision petition before this Court is not maintainable. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3. Since the present revision has been filed as

against the dismissal of the protest petition accepting the final report submitted by the Investigation Officer, this Revision Petition is dismissed as not maintainable. Liberty is given to the petitioner to pursue his remedy before the appropriate forum by filing private complaint as against the rejection of the protest petition.
