ORDER
This petition has been filed to relax the condition mentioned in para no.3(the petitioner shall report a week i.e., on every Saturday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders) of the order passed in Crl.M.P.No.3637 of 2024 in Crl.O.P.No.123 of 2024 in Crime No.556 of 2023.
2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court; and that the investigation has been completed.
3. Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of the offence, the condition in paragraph no.4(b) imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.123 of 2024 by the order dated 05.01.2024 and subsequently modified in Crl.M.P.No.3637 of 2024 in Crl.O.P.No.123 of 2024 dated 05.03.2024 is relaxed.
