O R D E R

Heard Mr. G.Pugazhenthi, Learned Counsel for the Petitioner and Mrs. R.Anitha, Learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the Respondents and perused the materials placed on record, apart from the pleadings of the parties.

The Writ Petition has been filed for directing the Second Respondent to disburse the arrears of advance increment payable for the B.Ed., qualification acquired by the Petitioner, having due regard to the Proceedings dated 28.05.2020, 12.01.2021 and 03.01.2022 passed by the First Respondent. 3.

It is informed by Learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the Respondents that the Second Respondent has passed the Proceedings in Na. ka. No. 71/2023 dated 29.03.2023 and its copy has been produced. 4.

In view of the same, nothing survives for further consideration in the matter, but it would not preclude the Petitioner, if he still has any further grievance, from working out his rights before the proper forum in the manner recognized by law.

In fine, the Writ Petition is disposed of with the aforesaid clarifications. No costs.
