This writ petition has been filed by the petitioner, directing the respondent to consider his representation dated 25.02.2016.

2.The petitioner has been working as Ophthalmic Assistant at Government Primary Health Centre, Kachirapalayam since 2009. A divorce petition was filed by him under Section 13(1)(i-a) of the Hindu Marriage Act before the Family Court, Madurai, due to cruelty caused by his wife. By order dated 27.01.2016 passed in H.M.O.P. No.559 of 2009, the above said Family Court, Madurai, dissolved the marriage between him and his wife. In view of the dissolution of marriage, he made representation dated 25.02.2016 seeking transfer. As there is no response, he is before this Court.

3.This Court is not inclined to entertain such request to transfer him from Government Primary Health Centre, Kachirapalayam to Government Primary Health Centre, Madurai or Dindigul. As the general counseling is being conducted every https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

year, the petitioner has to wait and take part in such counseling. Accordingly, the Writ Petition fails and the same is dismissed. No costs.
