CMP No.28906 of 2023 in S.A.No.1051 of 2022 P.T.ASHA, J., This petition has been filed by the petitioner/appellant to set aside the order of dismissal dated 27.01.2023 and restore the above second appeal in S.A.No.1051 of 2022.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner/appellant.

3. Considering the fact that the sufficient reasons have been given for restoration of the second appeal, the petition is ordered and the S.A.No.1051 of 2022 is restored to file.

4. The Registry is directed to post the second appeal "for arguments" on 08.01.2024.
