Mr.P.S.Raman, learned Advocate General appearing for the respondents would submit that bids were opened on 12.03.2024. Scrutiny of applications were undertaken on 14.03.2024 and completed. The work order has not been issued on account of Parliamentary Election notification and it will be issued soon by the respondents concerned.

2. Pertinently, the 3 participants/contractors are not impleaded in the writ petition. More so, the Contractor, who is selected, also has not been impleaded as party respondent in the present writ proceedings. Therefore, the attempt made by the petitioner challenging the tender notification is not entertainable and consequently, the Writ Petition stands dismissed. No costs.
