ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner who apprehend arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offence under Sections 4 (1) (a), 4 (1-A) of Tamil Nadu Prohibition Act in Cr.No.55 of 2021 on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail. 2.

The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner was found to be in possession of 100 pockets of 100 ml. of I.D. Arrack. 3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has not committed any offence as alleged by the prosecution and that he has been falsely implicated in the case. 4.The learned Government Advocate submitted that there are seven previous cases pending as against the petitioner. 5.Considering the fact that there are seven previous cases pending as against the petitioner, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
