(Order of the Court was made by S. NAGAMUTHU,J.,) This petition has been filed by the petitioner alleging that her daughter by name Pavitra, aged about 19 years, has been found missing from 12.04.2017.

The learned Additional Public Prosecutor has submitted that Ms.Pavitra was secured by the police and produced before the learned Judicial Magistrate.
