Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the bail condition that the petitioner shall report before the Investigation Officer daily at 10.30 a.m., until further orders in Crl.O.P No.5766/2022 order dated 14.03.2022 and thus render justice Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S. W.CAMYLES GANDHI, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.S.SANTHOSH, Govt. Advocate (Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in Crl.O.P.No.5766 of 2022 by an order dated 14.03.2022. 2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent submits that the investigation is not yet completed, hence, the petition for relaxation is modified to the effect that the petitioners shall report before the Investigating Officer once in a week.

3. Recording the same, the condition imposed on the petitioners to report before the Investigating Officer daily at 10.30 a.m. is modified to the effect that the petitioners should report before the Investigating Officer on every Monday at 10.30.a.m., until further orders.
