(CRIME NO. 600 OF 2021) Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition imposed by this Hon`ble Court in Crl.O.P.No.4772 of 2022 dated 28.02.2022 in Crime No.600 of 2021, on the condition that the Petitioner is directed to appear before the investigating officer daily at 10.00 a.m.until further orders by this Hon`ble Court and pass such further or orther orders as this Hon`ble Court may deem fit and proper in the circumstances of the case and thus render justice. Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.J.PRADEEP, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.S.SANTHOSH, Govt. Advocate ( Crl. Side)on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the conditions imposed in Crl.OP. No.4772 of 2022 dated 28.02.2022.

Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner. 3.
