ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who apprehends arrest for the offence under Sections 406, 408, 417, 420, 468, 471 and 506 (i) of IPC in Crime Number not known of 2020 on the file of the respondent-Police, seeks anticipatory bail, as second time.

2. The first anticipatory bail application filed by the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.1282 of 2021 was dismissed on 01.02.2021. At that time, this Court, has held that on the complaint given by the defacto complainant, a petition enquiry has been conducted in C.S.R.No.354 of 2020 and the same was closed.

3. Therefore, when the present petition came up for hearing on 19.04.2021, this Court directed the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) to get instructions from the respondent-Police, whether any case is pending against the petitioner.

4. On instructions from the respondent-Police, today, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) represented that C.No.354-CAMP-SP Thiruvallur-2020, dated 31.12.2020, is pending, however, due to typographical error, it has been mentioned that C.S.R.No.354 of 2020 was closed, in the earlier order passed by this Court on 01.02.2021 in Crl.O.P.No.1282 of 2021. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

In view of the above submission, as C.No.354-CAMP-SPThiruvallur-2020, dated 31.12.2020, is pending against the petitioner and so far no case has been registered and it is only in the enquiry stage, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner, accordingly, the petition is dismissed. -sd/- 21/04/2021 This order, on being produced, be punctually observed and carried into execution by all concerned TRUE COPY Sub-Assistant Registrar (Statistics/C.S.)
