Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to Relax the conditions imposed on the petitioner for appearing before the respondent police, daily at 10.00 a.m., until further orders by this Hon`ble Court in Crl.O.P.No.4525 of 2022 dated 24.02.2022 and thus render justice.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.C.S.SARAVANAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.S.SANTHOSH, Govt. Advocate (Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the conditions imposed in Crl.OP. No.4525 of 2022 dated 24.02.2022.

Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner. 3.

The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent police has submitted that the petitioner has been scrupulously complying with the condition without any deviation. However, the respondent not yet completed the investigation. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
