[Order of the Court was made by P.N.PRAKASH, J.] This petition has been filed seeking a direction to the third respondent to produce the petitioner's daughter viz. B.Ramyashree (aged about 17 years) before this Court from the illegal custody of the fourth respondent and hand over Ramyashree's custody to her.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate [Crl. Side] appearing for the respondents 1 to 3.
3. Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, learned Government Advocate [Crl. Side] on instructions submitted that, the detenue was secured by the respondent police on 24.05.2021 and was produced before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Cheyyar.
4. Recording the same, this Habeas Corpus Petition stands closed.
