ORDER

This Court, while disposing of the writ petition in W.P.No.1162 of 2016, by order dated 02.02.2016, has set aside the impugned order/notice issued by the respondent 29.10.2015, and remanded back the matter to the respondent with a direction to pass an appropriate fresh order, after affording an opportunity of personal hearing to the petitioner, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of four weeks.

2.The present contempt petition has been filed by the petitioner alleging non-compliance of the order dated 02.02.2016 passed by this Court.

3.Today, when the matter is taken up for consideration, the learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the learned Government Advocate submitted that the order of this Court has been complied with by the respondent.

4.Since the order of this Court has been complied with, nothing survives in this contempt petition and accordingly, the same is closed.
