ORDER

This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners in Crl.O.P.No.28869/2024 by order dated 26.11.2024 in 6(b) the petitioners shall report before the respondent police everyday at 10.30 am for a period of two weeks and thereafter on every Saturday at 10.30 am until further orders.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioners have been complying with the conditions regularly imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of the offence, one of the condition imposed on the petitioners in Crl.O.P.No.28869/2024 by order dated 26.11.2024 in para No. 6(b) that the petitioners shall report before the respondent police everyday at 10.30 am for a period of two weeks and thereafter, on every Saturday at 10.30 am until further orders., is relaxed.
