The relief sought for in the present writ petition is to direct the respondents 1 and 2 to change the allottees name as "Ponmana Chemmal Puratchi Thalaivar MGR Mandram", represented by its Secretary S.Loganathan, in the allotment order as well as in the proceedings in respect of the allotted property bearing Plot No.29, Door No.1, 1st Street, Padiputhu Nagar, Chennai-600101 by considering the representation of the petitioner dated 07.02.2015.

2.The allotment order should contain the name of the allottee. The change of allottee's name is permissible only in consonance with the procedures and the petitioner states that the name of the allottee must be changed as "Ponmana Chemmal Puratchi Thalaivar MGR Mandram" represented by Secretary S.Loganathan. If any such allotment is made in favour of any such Sangam or Mandram, then alone the authorities will be in a position to issue such an order. However, the petitioner has not established any such allotment order and therefore, the petitioner is not entitled for the relief as such sought for in the present writ petition.

3.With the above observations, the writ petition stands dismissed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
