This petition has been filed seeking amendment of the relief sought to Certiorarified Mandamus to call for records relating to an order dated 05.03.2025 passed by the 2nd respondent and to quash the same.

2.The writ petition has been filed seeking consideration of an application filed for compassionate appointment. However, the order now impugned had been passed rejecting such application. This petition is therefore filed seeking to amend the relief sought in the writ petition.

3.In view of the fact that it is only a continuation of the earlier relief sought, this petition stands allowed.

4.The Registry is directed to carry out necessary amendment as sought in this petition.
