O R D E R

This petition has been filed to direct the respondent to take action on the complainant dated 14.07.2012.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner; learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent and perused the materials placed on record.

3. It is seen that, in this case, there is prima facie material to show that the petitioner Geetha has been impersonated in the document dated 15.11.2010 registered as document No.2715 of 2010 before the Sub Registrar, Doosi, Tiruvannamalai District.

4. It is seen that an enquiry has been conducted with regard to this, by the District Registrar and the enquiry report dated 18.06.2012 shows that an impersonation has been done as alleged by the petitioner. The Sub Registrar, Kancheepuram has also sent a letter dated 14.07.2012 to the District Superintendent to register a case, despite which, no case seems to have been registered.

5. Under such circumstances, this Court directs the petitioner to give a detailed complaint including the report of the District Registrar and the letter of the Sub Registrar, https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Kancheepuram to the Superintendent of Police, Kancheepuram who shall forward the same to the District Crime Branch, Kancheepuram for registration of FIR and for taking action in accordance with law.
