This matter is listed under the caption 'for being mentioned' at the instance of the petitioner, who points out an error in paragraph Nos.4 and 5 of order dated 09.06.2022.

2. Paragraph Nos.4 and 5 of order dated 09.06.2022 shall now read as follows:

4.The petitioner has, admittedly, remitted a sum of Rs.23,94,770/- by way of Demand Draft bearing No.884537 dated 29.01.2016 and an amount of Rs.50,48,444/- by way of term deposit with the Regional Transport Officer, Chennai North West. 5.With the confirmation of the impugned order, the respondents are at liberty to receive the amount under the term deposit from the Regional Transport Officer, Chennai North West and appropriate the same towards the balance of the payment. Any attempt over and above the aforesaid two amounts may be recovered from the petitioner in accordance with law.

3. Except the aforesaid modification, order dated 09.06.2022 remains unaltered.
