ORDER

This contempt petition has been filed alleging willful disobedience of https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ the order and direction issued in W.P.No.42569 of 2006 dated 06.04.2016. 1/2

Contempt Petition No.798 of 2021 2.Admittedly, the respondent-Management filed W.A.No.923 of 2017 and by judgment dated 02.08.2017, the Hon'ble Division Bench though agreed with the observations made in the order passed in the writ petition, directed reinstatement of the workman, leaving it open to the discretion of the Management to impose a lesser punishment. Admittedly, the workman has been reinstated.

3.If according to the petitioner, any portion of the judgment of the Hon'ble Division Bench has not been complied with, then he has to approach the Hon'ble Division Bench and this contempt petition would not be maintainable.
