This Petition has been filed to condone the delay of 536 days in filing the above appeal.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the appellant.

3.Having satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, the delay of 536 days is condoned.

4. Accordingly, M.P.No.1 of 2015 is ordered.

5.Registry is directed to number the Civil Miscellaneous Appeal, if it is otherwise in order and post the same for admission.

6. Registry is further directed to print the name of respondents in the cause list, at the time of admission.
