O R D E R

This contempt petition has been filed seeking to punish the respondents for their willful acts of disobedience of the order dated 12.02.2019 passed by this Court in A.Nos.202 & 203 of 2019.

2. There was a conditional order passed on 12.02.2019 by this Court directing the respondents to deposit a sum of Rs.1,00,000/- https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of the order to the credit of the applications and thereafter another sum of Rs.1,00,000/- has to be paid within another fifteen days thereafter. As the respondents disobeyed the same, the above contempt petition has been filed.

3. After service of notice, the respondents appeared before this Court and sought time for complying with the order dated 12.02.2019. Accordingly, time was granted and the above said sum of Rs.2,00,000/- (Rupees Two Lakhs only) was deposited vide Demand Draft bearing No.524179 dated 09.07.2019 to the credit of the A.Nos.202 and 203 of 2019.

4. As the interim order is complied with, the contempt petition is closed. Consequently, connected sub applications are also closed.
