ORDER

This Contempt Petition is filed for non-compliance of the order made in W.P.No.9115 of 2011, dated 11.4.2011, wherein a direction was issued to the respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner, seeking benefit under G.O. Ms.No.216, Finance (PC Department, dated 22.3.1993, and dispose of the same, within a period of three months.

2. The learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondent has now produced the order passed by the respondent in Letter No.42630/SE3(1)/2014-1, dated https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 05.1.2015, rejecting the request of the petitioner.

3. In the light of the said order passed, no further proceedings in this contempt petition will lie against the respondent and hence, the contempt petition is closed. If the petitioner is aggrieved, it is open to him to challenge the said order in a separate proceeding.
