ORDER
(Order of the Court was made by S. NAGAMUTHU,J.,) This petition is the husband of one Mrs.Raka. According to the petitioner, his wife is missing along with two minor children by name Harisivan (son), aged about 1 1⁄2 years, and Karthika (daughter), aged about 6 years. Seeking production of wife and two children, the petitioner has come up with this habeas corpus petition.

Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that petitioner's wife Mrs.Raka has eloped with the third respondent along with two children.

Recording the above submission, we find there is no illegal detention and we find no reason to reject the submission of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor. Since we are convinced that there is no illegal detention, no relief could be granted to the petitioner. Hence, the habeas corpus petition is dismissed.
