PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus or any other appropriate Writ, Order or Direction in the nature of Writ Calling for records on the file of the fourth respondent relating to the order issued in ref.No.617/Estt/B3/2015 dated 01.10.2015 and quash the same and consequently direct the respondents to revise the seniority of the petitioner in the post of Asst.Engineer (Mech.) w.e.f. 14.12.1988 with all consequential service and monetary benefits in the 4th respondent Sugar Mills.
