Learned counsel for the petitioner, thus, seeks to withdraw the petition so as to approach the Collector for obtaining the sanction for the present use, if permissible under law. Endorsement is made. Writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn in terms aforesaid. No costs. Consequently, M.P.Nos. 1 and 2 of 2015 are also dismissed.
