The learned counsel appearing for the writ petitioner submits that the writ petitioner attained the age of 60 years and allowed to retire from service. Except the gratuity, all other terminal benefits and other benefits are already disbursed to the writ petitioner and the remaining benefits, if any, are also to be paid to the writ petitioner. Thus, no further adjudication is required in this writ petition. 2.Accordingly, the Writ Petition stands closed. However, there shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
