Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a writ of certiorarified Mandamus to call for the records in impugned order passed by the third respondent vide proceeding Na.Ka.No.372/2015 dated 03.08.2015, consequent order passed by the first respondent vide proceeding Na.Ka.No. 023183/E3/2015 dated 26.10.2015 and quash the same is illegal and consequently direct the respondents to give promotion to the petitioner as a B.T.Assistant in Arcot Municipality middle school.
