ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by S. NAGAMUTHU,J.,) This petition is the husband of one Mrs.Sujatha. They have got two children by name Likitha, aged about 8 years and Deep Charan, aged about 6 years. According to the petitioner, https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Mrs.Sujatha is missing from 19.03.2017 onwards. In this regard, a complaint has been made to the respondent police. 2.

Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the petitioner's wife Mrs.Sujatha has eloped with the fourth respondent along with the two children.

Recording the above submission, we find there is no illegal detention and we find no reason to reject the submission of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor. Since we are fully convinced that there is no illegal detention, no relief could be granted to the petitioner. Hence, the habeas corpus petition is dismissed.
