ORDER

This Criminal Revision Petition has been filed to call for the records pertaining to the order dated 23.02.2024 passed in Crl.M.P.No.415/2024 in Cr.No.311/2023 by the learned Judicial Magistrate II, Hosur, and to setaside the same and to direct the trial Court to return the vehicle.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this Criminal Revision Petition and he has also made an endorsement to that effect.

3. In view of the submission and the endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Criminal Revision Petition stands dismissed as withdrawn.
