JUDGMENT

Judgment of the Court was pronounced by K.KALYANASUNDARAM,J.) The Writ Appeal is directed against the order dated 31.07.2015 made in W.P.No.23271 of 2015 by a learned Single Judge by which the learned Single Judge has directed the 1st appellant to count 50% of service rendered by the writ petitioner before regularization for the purpose of payment of pension.

2. The matter is listed today under the caption, ''for admission''.

3. When the matter is called, the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the appellants would state that the order passed in the above writ petition has already been implemented by

issuing a Government Order in G.O.(Ms.) No.91, Higher Education (C2) Department dated 15.3.2016 and he has also produced a copy of that Government Order before this Court.

4. In the light of the above facts, we are of the view that the prayer in the Writ Appeal has become infructuous. Accordingly, the Writ Appeal is dismissed. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
