This Criminal Original Petition is filed to quash the F.I.R. in Crime No.20 of 2022 pending on the file of the first respondent-Police.

Learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the first respondent-Police, on instructions, submitted that on completion of investigation in Crime No.20 of 2022, final report was filed through efiling on 03.03.2023 vide e-filing No.LTN-202300023TC202400046 before the learned Additional Mahila Judge, Tiruvallur.

3. In view of the above submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. The petitioners are at liberty to work out their remedy in the manner known to law.
