O R D E R

This writ petition has been filed to call for the records pertaining to the impugned show cause notice dated 12.11.2015 issued by the respondent under Section 51A(2) of the Chennai City Police Act, 1888, and quash the same as illegal.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the prayer sought for by the petitioner has become infructuous.

3. In view of the above submission, this writ petition has to be dismissed as infructuous. No Cost. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
