ORDER

This Contempt Petition has been filed to punish the respondents for non compliance of the order dated 26.03.2024, passed by this Court in W.P.No.8318 of 2024, thereby directed the respondents to consider the representations of the petitioner dated 27.08.2020 and 05.03.2024 and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of eight weeks.

The learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents submitted that as directed by this Court, the second respondent considered the case of the petitioner and passed orders by the proceedings dated 21.07.2025. She also produced a copy of the proceedings dated 21.07.2025, before this Court.
