ORDER

Alleging that the order dated 14.06.2016 passed by this Court in Application No.2600 of 2015 in C.S.No.730 of 2014 has been wilfully disobeyed by the respondents, the present contempt petition has been filed.

2.Pursuant to the order passed by this Court on 07.12.2016, almost all the contemnors are present except the 9th respondent, who is stated to be no more. A death certificate to that effect has also been produced. 3.The contemnors and the counsels representing most of them submit that the order passed by this Court would be complied with, provided sufficient time is granted. The said submission is taken on record. Accordingly, the contemnors are granted further eight weeks' time from the date of receipt of a copy of this order for complying with

the order passed by this Court.

4.With the above observation, the contempt petition stands closed, leaving all the issues open. It is well open to the parties to file appropriate application, seeking modification or variance of the order passed by this Court, if so advised. Consequently, connected sub application is closed.
