These petitions are filed to condone the delay of 19 days seeking to set aside the abatement of the second appeal on account of the death of the 1st respondent and to bring on record the legal heirs of the deceased 1st respondent and to implead the 18th respondent as the proposed 18th respondent in the above second appeal.

3. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of these petitions, these petitions are ordered as prayed for.
