O R D E R

This revision petition has been filed challenging the order and decreetal order passed by the Principal Sub Court, Pondicherry, in I.A. 1079 of 2015 in O.S 143 of 2011, dated 3.10.2016. The aforesaid Interlocutory Application was filed to condone the delay in filing the application for setting aside the ex-parte order. At the time of admission, no interim order was granted by this Court.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that pending this revision petition, the suit has been taken up for trial and decree has been passed on 19.06.2017, on merits. Hence, nothing survives for adjudication in this revision petition and the same may be dismissed as infructuous.

3. Recording the submission of the learned counsel for the petitioners, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
