O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to set aside the order dated 23.03.2018 passed by the Principal Sessions Judge, Vellore in Crl.MP.No.1216 of 2018 and fully relax the condition of the petitioners directing to appear before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m.

2. It is seen that the petitioners were released on bail by the Principal Sessions Judge, Vellore on 07.03.2018 in Crl.MP.No.1062 of 2018 on certain conditions, one of which is that the petitioners were directed to appear and sign before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m. for a period of 30 days. Thereafter, the petitioners filed Crl.MP.No.1216 of 2018 for relaxation of the above said condition, which has been dismissed for default by the Principal Sessions Judge, Vellore District on 23.03.2018. Aggrieved by the said order, the petitioners are before this Court.

Heard Mrs.S.P.Arthi, learned counsel for the petitioners/accused, who submitted that the petitioners had appeared before the police for 22 days and for the balance of 8 days, they have filed relaxation petition, which came to be dismissed for default by the Principal Sessions Judge, Vellore District.

4. Recording the submission, liberty is given to the petitioners to file a fresh relaxation petition before the Principal Sessions Court, Vellore District itself and urge these points. Accordingly, this petition is dismissed as being devoid of merits.
