proceedings of the first respondent in SuoMoto Revision 6 of 2013 D2, dated 05.03.2013, and quash the same, and consequently direct the respondents to permit the petitioner to continue the lease granted in his favour on 04.02.2008 & 12.03.2008 by the 2nd Respondent in respect of the land comprised in S.No.435/1, 2, 10, 11, 12, 20, 21 and 436 measuring an extent of 4 Acres situated at Ariyathirai Village, Gummidipoondi Taluk, Thiruvallur District, till it expires.

ORDER
The present petition has been filed seeking the relief of quashment of the impugned proceedings dated 21.01.2013 of the 1st respondent herein and also the consequential proceedings dated 05.03.2013 and further seeking a direction to the respondents to permit the petitioner to continue the lease granted in his favour on 04.02.2008 & 12.03.2008 by the 2nd Respondent in respect of the subject property.
2. When the Matter was listed for hearing on 13.06.2022, there was no representation on behalf of the petitioner and hence the matter was posted on 17.06.2022. When the matter was taken for hearing on 17.06.2022, once again there was no representation for the petitioner and in order to give one more opportunity to the petitioner, the matter was again directed to be listed on 21.06.2022 under the caption "For Dismissal". Today, the case is listed for hearing under the caption "for Dismissal" but today also none represented on behalf of the petitioner.
3. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is dismissed for non prosecution. No costs.
Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed.
