O R D E R

The petitioners have filed this contempt petition to punish the respondents for their wilful disobedience and non-compliance of the order of this Court made in W.P.No.32413 of 2018, dated 08.01.2019.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the respondents would submits that the second respondent herein has issued a proceedings dated 25.10.2019 wherein the land acquisition cost of Rs.82,57,974/- payable to the petitioners has been handed over to the Revenue Divisional Officer, Erode for disbursement.

3.Recording the same, the contempt petition is closed with a direction to the Revenue Divisional Officer to ensure that the money is disbursed to the appropriate persons, within a period of four weeks.
