Prayer :- Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a writ of mandamus, directing the Respondents 1 to 4 to cancel all the fraudulent registration entries relating to 5th and 6th respondent as per this Hon'ble High Court orders dated 22nd December 2009 and as per the representations dated 1.10.2012 of the petitioner and the legal notice dated 17.12.2012.

ORDER

This Writ Petition is filed to issue a writ of mandamus, directing the Respondents 1 to 4 to cancel all the fraudulent registration entries relating to 5th and 6th respondent as per this Hon'ble High Court orders dated 22nd December 2009 and as per the representations dated 1.10.2012 of the petitioner and the legal notice dated 17.12.2012.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the writ petition.

3. In view of the request made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. No order as to costs.
